Hestia Dental provides comprehensive dental insurance verification services for dental offices. Our services are delivered via a ticket-based system or through dedicated full-time agents, ensuring accurate insurance information for every patient.
Upon subscribing to our service, we will begin processing insurance verification requests as outlined in your contract.
Clients may cancel their subscription to Hestia Dental’s services with 14 days written notice, as per the terms of the client agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to omar@hestiadental.com. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the billing cycle, after which no further services will be provided. Any unused tickets or services at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.
Hestia Dental provides professional insurance verification services tailored to each client’s needs. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the completed insurance verification. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to omar@hestiadental.com. Refunds are not available for services already completed or partially completed unless otherwise agreed.
All subscription fees for Hestia Dental are billed monthly. Clients will be charged for services at the start of each billing cycle based on the plan they selected (ticket-based or dedicated agent). Changes to your subscription plan, such as upgrades or downgrades, will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
If you believe there has been an error in the services provided, you must notify Hestia Dental in writing within 7 days of the issue. We will work with you to resolve any issues related to insurance verifications promptly.
